Submission Requirements

All papers must be written in English and, if accepted, presented in English at the conference.

Dear Authors, please follow the requirements below when preparing and submitting your manuscript.

Preparing your paper

Use the IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word (A4 size) or LaTeX.

General requirements

  1. The title and list of authors cannot be changed after the acceptance results are announced. Do not add or remove co-authors or change their order after that point.
  2. Papers may be up to 8 pages long. Keynote papers may be up to 12 pages long.

Recommendations for publication

  1. Prepare a manuscript of at least 4 pages.
  2. Include at least 8–10 relevant references.
  3. Use a clear structure covering the introduction, related work and motivation, the proposed method or solution, testing and results, and the conclusion.

Initial submission and review

Submit the completed manuscript to the conference paper submission and review system in PDF format.

Do not include authors' names in the initially submitted file. This is required for the blind review process.

After acceptance

Authors of accepted papers will transfer copyright through the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form. Instructions will be sent to the corresponding author. After completing that process, add the applicable copyright notice to the bottom of the first page and proofread the source document carefully.
