The amounts below are the previous edition's rates and are provided for planning only. Please do not make a payment until the final fee schedule and payment period are announced.
Regular author fee
- One paper: €180
- Two papers: €320
- Three papers: €450
- PhD student: €120
Partner and IEEE member fee
- One paper: €150
- Two papers: €280
- Three papers: €390
- PhD student: €100
Other participation
- Conference attendee: €60
- Company or non-university organization: €200
What the fee includes
Author and attendee fees include conference materials, coffee breaks, and the conference dinner.
The reduced PhD student rate applies only when the paper is not co-authored by someone who is not a PhD student.
Companies and organizations may present papers, posters, or exhibitions and may arrange advertisements in the conference programme and proceedings. The participation deadline for CompSysTech'27 will be announced with the final fees.
Payment by bank transfer
Once payment opens, fees should be paid in advance by bank transfer. Include CompSysTech'27, your name, and the paper ID in the payment reference.
